Our building was built in 1996 and consists of 168 units on 2.48 acres in highly desirable Aventura, Florida. Our condos feature breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal. Life at Atlantic ii is exciting and there is never a dull moment in this vibrant community filled with many building amenities including a party room, a library, card rooms, and a beautiful activity room. We have a gorgeous spa and amenities there include a full facility spa, fitness center, cafeteria, tennis courts, 3 heated pools, barbeque area, and kid’s playground. We have a very active Condominium Owner’s Association (COA) and hold monthly meeting to discuss community activities, business agendas, budgets, and regulations. All members are encouraged to attend and the meeting minutes are available now via the internet and this web site. With membership in the COA you will be granted all access to this web sites member’s only area where you can keep abreast of community activities, board meetings, and gain access to names and numbers of other residents in the building.Ownership in Atlantic II and being a member of the COA entitles you to full use of the facility and payments are due monthly.
